Dr. Jeanine Prime
Senior Vice President, Research, Catalyst US
Jeanine Prime, PhD, is co-lead of Catalyst’s research program, responsible for overseeing the development of breakthrough research and insights that empower leaders and organizations to create inclusive workplaces. Dr. Prime’s expertise includes topics such as gender in organizations, stereotyping, implicit bias, change management, and leadership effectiveness. She currently leads a cross-cultural research series on the nature, impact, and cultivation of inclusive leadership. She also spearheads Catalyst’s studies and practice area on engaging men—including Catalyst’s Men Advocating Real Change (MARC) initiatives.
Her research has been published in scholarly journals and books and has been featured in a number of business publications, including, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review. Prior to joining Catalyst, Dr. Prime was an organizational development consultant specializing in workforce analytics, diversity and inclusion, and talent management strategy.
Dr. Prime holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spelman College, a PhD in social psychology from Cornell University, and an MBA from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
